Our Vanilla Frosting
I can admit that making this at home, on your own, can be daunting. So we are packaging it up for you and relieving you of your worries, stress, and strain. Our frosting consists of rice milk, coconut milk, agave nectar, coconut oil, and vanilla. It arrives in a liquid state, so all you need to do is refrigerate it for 4 hours or so, until it thickens, before you take your frosting spatula to it. A single jar will frost 12 cupcakes or one single-layer 8-inch cake. If you prefer to eat it by the spoonful or use it for brownies or cookie sandwiches, you can buy a jar à la cart for $12.
