Brownie Mix/ $24.00
This is the BabyCakes blend of rice flour, potato starch, arrowroot, vegan sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, gluten-free vegan chocolate chips, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum. As above, all you need from your own pantry is oil, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla (beginning to see how this works, I hope?). This mix yields 36 bite-size brownies, but really only if you're really going for it, bite-wise--with the pans we use, it usually takes us a couple bites.
Please note: Our Brownie Mix has a shelf life of around three months.
